Building Assessment Survey
In order to formulate a project specific proposal, we will need to visit your home and carry out a detailed survey.
This will include as a minimum a visual structural assessment, damp checks and moisture level readings, inspection of the loft and basement (where applicable), check the existing construction details (this may include some minor opening up), photographic records, inspection of existing services including drainage, gas, water and electric, site measurements of the facades and internal rooms, site conditions access etc and completion of the findings within the site report.
